Thanks to the support of our amazing customers, 2021 has been a year like no other! We are taking a much needed break for the holidays, but don't worry, we have you covered! All parts orders will be processed and shipped and any customer service related items will be addressed as usual (thanks to our dedicated sales team!)
However, our tuning department will be closed the following dates:
12/24/2021 until 1/3/2022
What does this mean for you? We will not be sending out any new tune files or revisions for tunes in progress during this time. If you are a current customer and have an urgent tuning related issue, please feel free to reach out to us via email with "URGENT" in your email subject line. We will be monitoring our emails over the course of the week, but responses may be delayed. (Please only use the URGENT option if you truly have a tuning related crisis, but be aware that the response time may be longer than our usual response time.)
